Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes remediating soil layers beneath the building structures, shoring and excavating for wet well installation, trenching and installing sewer and force main lines, backfilling to subgrade elevation, installing drains and valve vaults, replacing the odor control system, salvaging and demolishing structures, constructing seismic retrofits, and installing and testing mechanical and electrical instrumentation.
