Document Description
During the spring runoff of 2017, the 12-inch culvert beneath McDonald Road was overwhelmed, resulting in approximately 1 /2 of the road being washed out. Inyo County proposes to replace the 12-inch CMP culvert with a 48-inch corrugated HDPE culvert in order to re-establish two-way traffic and prevent future washouts.
