THP No. 2-18-017-SHA (Pup’s Ferry) and THP No. 2-18-026-SHA (Bass Canyon) would require construction and use of three segments of low-grade forest roads on State-owned school land for the purpose of accessing Sierra Pacific property and removing logs from two timber harvest areas on Sierra Pacific property. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 20-year General Lease – Right-of-Way Use through December 5, 2039.
