Document Description
Two ordinances amend the Commercial Cannabis Combining District and the Commercial Cannabis Regulations contained within Title 20 and Title 21 of the County Code. These ordinances would slightly expand the area where commercial retail and manufacturing of cannabis could take place.

Reasons for Exemption
The activity is exempt from environmental review because each activity permitted under these ordinances will require discretionary review pursuant to CEQA. Further, the area being zoned to allow for commercial cannabis activities are two geographically limited to cause potentially cumulative environmental impacts. It can be seen with certainty that the ordinances would have no possibility of causing a significant effect on the environment.
