Document Description
The proposed project will include the removal, repair, and reinstallation of the west portion of the vehicle inspection station metal roofing, removing and replacing the metal gutter system, and the removal of the existing ice-melt heating cable that runs throughout the gutter and into the rain water leaders and replacing with a new heat cable system. A low-slope heat panel system either side of the gutter location will also be added in addition to modifications of the rain water leaders and roof drain overflows. The above will also involve extensive electrical work that includes the relocation of electrical circuits, the addition of electrical panels dedicated to the snow-melt system, the addition of electrical circuits for the low-slope heat system, addition of the ice-melt system electrical transformers, and miscellaneous electrical components for a fully functional snow-melt system.

The State confirms that no exceptions apply which would preclude the use of an exemption for this project.
