Document Description
A Right of Entry permit will be issued for San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) for a laydown area in the North Beach parking lot of Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve. SANDAG will use the area to stage equipment, vehicles and supplies for the Del Mar Bluff Stabilization project in the railroad right-of-way.
Measures to be implemented to avoid impact may be obtained by submitting a request to the project Environmental Coordinator listed below.
