Document Description
Frontier Communications is proposing to install three 30"x48" hand holes/vaults within the califomia Department of Transportation's (caltrans) right-of-way along State Route 3 in Trinity County at post mile 29.84, 29.98, and 30.09. Work would include excavating an area 48 inches wide by 48 inches deep at each location to expose existing underground conduit which the new vaults would connect to. The new vaults would then be placed flush with existing grade and located out of the traveled way. caltrans will issue an encroachment permit (02-19-6-US-0464) to allow the proposed improvements to occur within the right-of-way.

use to another where only minor modifications are made in the exterior of the structure. The proposed project would not have a significant effect on the environment.
