§ 15301- Minor alteration of existing facilities by shallow trenching to install improved storm water facilities and connect them to existing, and adding bike lanes.§ 15302- Project will reconstruct existing stormwater utility system with no expansion of capacity. §15304- Minor alterations to land by adding bike lanes on existing ROW and minor trenching for stormwater, and new vegetated areas. No significant increase in traffic expected.
