Document Description
Under the proposed water exchange, DWR will deliver up to 1,208 acre-feet of LCID's approved 2019 SWP Table A water (2019 Table A Water) to KCWA by December 31 , 2019. In exchange, KCWA will return to LCID, based on an unbalance exchange ratio of 2: 1, up to 640 acre-feet of its future approved S'vVP Table A water. That is, for every 2 acre-feet of LCID's 2019 Table A'Water delivered to KCWA, 1 acre-foot will be returned by KCWA to LCID by December 31 , 2029.
