Under the proposed water exchange, up to 25,000 acre-feet of SCVWA approved 2019 SWP Table A water will be delivered to KCWA by December 31. 2019. In exchange KCWA will return to SCVWA, based on an unbalanced exchange ratio of 2 to 1, up to 12,500 acre-feet of its approved 2020-2029 SWP Table A Water prior to December 31, 2029.
