Document Description
Install a modular classroom at Francis Beach in Half Moon Bay State Beach to provide additional service for school and public programs. Work will: • Remove up to four (4) non-native trees; • Excavate to pour a 36ft by 40ft concrete foundation; • Excavate an 200ft by 2ft trench to install connections for existing utilities; • Place a manufactured modular classroom on top of the concrete foundation and complete utility hookups; • Install decking connecting the current visitor center to classroom; • Install an ADA compliant decomposed granite pathway
