Document Description
The proposed project is a Coastal Grading Permit for repai rs and expansion of the To Iowa Dee-ni' Nation's wastewater system. Proposed project activities include extension of sewer lines and their support equipment (lift stations) to serve Howonquet Village and Resort (HVR), expansion and upgrades to the wastewater treatment facility, expansion of the drainfield area, restoration of old wastewater ponds serving HVR, and upgrades to the HVR electrical distribution system. The project area
spans across multiple properties in Smith River, and utilizes numerous County right of-ways for installation of gravity and pressurized sewer lines. See initial study for full project description.
