Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to replace Arroyo Seco Bridge and upgrade Bridge Rails and Approach Rail at Blue Ridge Wash Box Culvert Bridge. The project will affect 0.14 acres of resources subject to Fish and Game Code section 1600 et seq. and will mitigate with 0.14 credits from a CDFW-approved bank.
