The project will redevelop a 5.3-acre site in downtown Covina with a mixed-use development that would have two components: a mixed-use building with residential and commercial uses (bound by North Citrus Avenue and West San Bernardino Road) and a residential-only component (bound by West San Bernardino Road and North 3rd Avenue). Upon project implementation, the project site would have 161 townhomes; 15,000 square feet of retail space; outdoor areas; and a multi-level parking garage.
