Coachella Flats, LLC proposes to remove 363 existing wind turbines due to antiquation and replace them with 24 new wind turbines with larger electrical generating capacity. Two new meteorological towers will be installed at the site to support installation and operation. The existing roads will be improved to accommodate construction.
