Document Description
Project will drill test hole(s) to evaluate site feasibility for the installation of a new water well at Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area to replace an existing well with poor water quality. Work will: • Use a skid steer to clear an approximately 1,000 sq. ft. area around the drill site; • Use a truck mounted auger to drill up to three (3) 8" diameter by 400' deep test holes to determine water availability and quality; and • If a test hole result is successful, additional work will widen the top 60' of the hole to 12" in diameter andthe lower portion (past 60') up to 1 O" in diameter to acco
