The Ben Franklin canal and Morgan canal are fed raw water from the Antelope Canal. This project will install automated equipment to monitor spill variations and make flow adjustments on the canal to minimize the peak spill flow rates. This Includes new reinforced concrete spill structures at the ends of the canals and the construction of a water distribution manifold at the end of the Morgan Canal to eliminate the existing delivery boxes.
