Document Description
The proposed project would include the demolition of the existing office and industrial space and redevelopment of the project site with a maximum of 441 multi-family rental units (Buildings A and B) and 42 for-sale townhome units (Building Site TH1) totaling approximately 472,956 square feet of gross floor area (483 units), and approximately 2,940 square feet of community amenity space, as well as associated open space, circulation and parking, and infrastructure improvements. Per the City’s Below Market Rate Housing Program, the proposed project includes 73 below market rate units, which is 15 percent of 483 units. Affordable units would consist of a mix of very low, low, and moderate income apartment units and moderate income townhome units.
