Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0787-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to DBI Services. The project is limited to the removal of a maximum of three trees as well as additional trimming of trees and brush in a manner that maintains the vegetation as viable. This trimming will occur to vegetation growing along the bank of the Sacramento River approximately 300 feet upstream and downstream of both the Butterfly Avenue and Scherrer Lane public railroad crossings in order to improve line of sight for trains.
