Document Description
The project would improve vehicular, bicycle, and pedestrian circulation at the Windsor River Road/Windsor Road intersection through the construction of a roundabout, pedestrian crossing safety improvements, and a multi-use pathway. Utility relocations would also occur including water, sewer, electrical distribution, electrical transmission, cable, and telephone lines. This Notice of Exemption is in support of all of the above-listed intersection improvements and the electrical distribution, electrical transmission, cable, and telephone line utility relocations.
