Document Description
Replace the roofs on Residences #2 and #31 in Columbia State Historic Park to ensure continued use of the residences as either staff housing or as public rentals. At each residence, reroof project work will:
• Remove rotted or compromised materials and, where possible, record and preserve historic materials
in place;
• As needed, install new skip sheathing, topped by a layer of plywood;
