The project is exempt under CEOA Section 15301 Class 1 - Existing Facilities, which consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting. or minor alterations of existing public structures. The project area is located at the existing Inyo County Annex Building. There is no expansion of use. There will be air handlers on the roof approximately 67" tall.
