Document Description
The Project would involve repurposing approximately 1.1 miles of existing recycled water pipeline or constructing approximately 1.7 miles of new effluent pipeline within City rights-of-way, and installing a new river side-bank or bottom-diffuser outfall to discharge excess treated effluent from the City's Consolidated Treatment Facility to the San Joaquin River. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 20-year General Lease – Public Agency Use through June 22, 2042.
