The project scope consists of installing Midwest Guardrail System and concrete barrier alongside the right shoulder of northbound Route 710 between Route 10 and Hellman Avenue Over-crossing in Los Angeles County. This project will enhance safety by reducing the severity of run-off-road collisions. All work will be performed within Caltrans right-of-way.
