Permission to enter State sovereign land to conduct work associated with the construction of a pedestrian bridge within the right-of-way of Airport Boulevard. Work within State land includes removing the Sherman Parking lot sign, removing and replacing concrete sidewalks and asphalt as part of the Bay Trail, removing and replacing the existing cyclone fence and k-rail barricades, removing and replacing the existing cyclone gate, and relocating an electronic transformer from the Airport Boulevard right-of-way onto State land property.
