The project includes construction of two new structures: 1) a five-story, 128,737 sq. ft. office building and; 2) a five level 84,280 sq. ft. parking structure with 267 parking spaces. The project would also include improvement of the existing railroad tracks as part of the City's Rails-to-Trails program, as well as, a modification to an existing center landscape median in the public ROW. The site was previously improved with a one-story commercial building (which is currently being demolished) along with surface paving and landscaping.
