State code number: 15269-emergency projects Project is to repair the existing pier facility which was damaged as a result of disaster in a disaster-stricken area in which a state of emergency was proclaimed by the Governor pursuant to the California Emergency Services Act (Declaration No. FEMA-4305-DR-CA). The repairs are urgently needed to ensure that additional damage is not incurred prior to the proposed repairs. No potential exceptions to cat ex are noted. No expansion of use.
