At its November 7, 2019 meeting, the Central San Board of Directors independently found that this project is exempt from the California Quality Act (CEQA) under Central San's CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 , since it involves repairs, maintenance and minor alterations to an existing sewage facility with no increase in capacity.
