- Document Description
- The project is limited to the modification to an existing private pier and boathouse. The boathouse and a portion of the boathouse will be removed (approximately 4 cubic yards), and the pier expansion will be approximately 25' x 19', for a total of 461 sq. feet. There will be 11 new pilings, which are 8-3/4" diameter. The remainder of the pier framing will be wooden beams and joists. The decking will be Trex composite decking.
