Document Description
Severe storms have caused the Feather River to flood its banks, overtopping the percolation ponds and causing damage to the structure of each of the six ponds as well as the access road around the ponds. This project would restore the percolation ponds to their original capacity and effectiveness and thus would restore the full capacity of Yuba City's wastewater treatment plant, benefiting the residents of the City of Yuba City.
