Document Description
Replace two (2) bridges and construct two (2) minor trail realignments in Ano Nuevo State Park to improve year round access along the North Point Trail. Work will: For Bridge #1 : • Construct a new approximately 150 ft. x 541 wide trail segment; • Excavate 30ft³ of soil to create mudsills and approaches; • Construct two (2) 12" x 16" x T mudsills; · • Install one (1) 30' long x 5' wide aluminum bridge; and • Construct two (2) 4 ft. long x 5' wide wood approaches at each end of the bridge. For Bridge #2: • Construct a new approximately 100 ft. x 4' wide trail segment; • Excavate 30ft³ of soil to create mudsills and approaches; • Construct two (2) 12''x16''x7' mudsills • Install one (1) 30' long x 5' wide aluminum bridge; and • Construct two (2) 4 ft. long x 5' wide wood approaches at each end of the bridge. Utilize excavated sand (from trail construction) and native mulch and debris to aid in the decommissioning of the old trail.
