Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is the Lead Agency for the Project. The State Water Board's Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes installation of 1100 Smart water meters, high resolution encoders and cellular transmitters on existing residential watermain infrastructure that is accessible through a removable man-hole cap. The installation process will take approximately two to three months to accomplish. Software installation and staff training will be accomplished by a product representative.
