Proposed custom home lots range from 0.36 acre to 1.58 acres. Amenities would include a clubhouse/lodge, ski resort facilities, and seasonal recreational amenities including equestrian facilities, pool, ice skating rink, and tennis courts. The project would require a general plan amendment and the rezoning of portions of the project site to accommodate the proposed uses.
