Document Description
The District has proposed to construct and operate a new elementary school (Project), within the unincorporated area of central Kern County at the southern end of San Joaquin Valley. The site will be annexed into the City of Bakersfield and will occupy an approximately 23-acre portion of a 49.5-acre parcel. There will be multiple buildings, with an approximate area totaling almost 74,000 sq ft. The initial enrollment capacity will be 750 students with a potential to expand up to 1,080 students.
