Document Description
The project is a Tentative Subdivision Map to divide a 10-acre property into seven one-acre parcels and one 2.91-acre parcel. The project parcel is located at 2801 Guynn Avenue, Chico. Lots will be served by public roads: Guynn Avenue and the proposed cul-de-sac. The projects internal road will be offered for dedication to the County and will be maintained as part of a Permanent Road Division (PRO). Future residential uses would be served by individual septic systems, and public water (California Water Service Company).
