Document Description
The applicant proposes to construct two offstream ponds and a tank farm. Water would be diverted from December 1 to April 30 from two unnamed streams tributary to Redwood Creek thence the South Fork Eel River. Stored water would be used primarily for fish and wildlife preservation and enhancement by releasing the water into Redwood Creek, as well as domestic and stockwatering uses.
