Document Description
The project is located South of Cottonwood Creek and West of Interstate 5 on the Northwest side of Bowman Road, where the South Fork of Cottonwood Creek and Dry Creek merge. Tentative Parcel Map #19-04 will create Parcel A-119.07 acres, and Parcel B-41.26 acres, which are consistent with valley floor agricultural uses. This property includes, but is not limited to oaks, pines, manzanita, native/non-native grasses and forbes. The central portion of the site contains the existing residence and the two creeks, which combine near the eastern property line. It is anticipated that a single-family dwelling will be constructed on parcel B along with the potential for accessory structures on either parcel A or B in the future, which is consistent with the Valley Floor Agricultural setting.
