Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-RIV-12793-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Pierer Immoreal North America, LLC, as represented by Robin Grangruth. The project proposes to construct a commercial complex for a KTM North America headquarters, consisting of a main headquarters office, a motorsport building, office buildings, warehouse buildings, a test track, maintenance intake areas, associated parking, landscaping, fire access areas, drainage facilities, and associated infrastructure. The Project activities are limited to the grading and fill of several ephemeral streams, and the replacement water control structures. Approximately 2 existing metal pipelines will be replaced with reinforced concrete pipes.
