Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as County Line Pipeline Replacement Project. The Project includes a relocation of South Mesa Water Company well no. 11 (located at APN: 411-080-005) and replacement of approximately 24,533 linear feet of water system main lines and 25,696 linear feet of appurtenance and service pipes located along County Line Road extending approximately from the 1-10 east bound exit to Douglas Place.
