Document Description
Lead Agency Merced County (County) conducted an Initial Study approved and adopted a MND, MMRP, and CUP 19-003 for the Merced Biogas Upgrade Facility and Pipeline Project. The CEC finds the proposed grant project to expand the existing facility in the County to process the dairy biogas from seven additional participating digesters presents no new significant or substantially more severe environmental impacts beyond those already considered and fall within the scope of the County’s CEQA evaluations.
