- The overall Project is comprised of several individual habitat restoration projects, including Fisheries Restoration Grant Program (FRGP) and Forest Land Anadromous Restoration (FLAR) projects. These restoration projects are funded by grants approved by the California Legislature to initiate activities that are designed to restore, enhance, and protect salmon and steelhead trout habitat in coastal and central valley streams and watersheds.
