Authorize acceptance of a lease quitclaim deed, effective October 24, 2019, of Lease No. PRC 4057.1, a General Lease – Recreational Use; authorize issuance of a General Lease – Recreational Use beginning October 24, 2019, for a term of 10 years, for the continued use and maintenance of an existing pier and two mooring buoys previously authorized by the Commission and one existing mooring buoy not previously authorized by the Commission.

There is no reasonable possibility that the activity will have a significant effect on the environment due to unusual circumstances. Therefore, the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and the above categorical exemption(s) apply(ies).
