Document Description
The draft addendum addresses potential environmental effects of changes to the project; those effects that pertain to establishment of site-specific water quality objectives (YVQOs) for dissolved copper and zinc; and those that pertain to establishment of site-specific water quality objectives (YVOOs) for dissolved copper and zinc. The draft addendum supports a conclusion that the proposed project will not have a significant effect on the environment.
The draft addendum consists of a discussion in the technical report (section VII.D), a standard CEOA checklist, and a response to comments concerning potential downstream impacts.
