Document Description
1. An increase permitted daily tonnage limit from 2,000 tons per day to 3,753 tons per day to accommodate both solid waste disposal and composting activities; 2. An increase in permitted vehicles from 91 to 313 vehicles per day. 3. An increase to permitted hours of operation from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 7 days per week to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; 4. Receipt and disposal of additional waste types including waste types including green waste, agricultural waste, finished compost, drill cuttings, slag, granulated silica, waste water grit, dead animals, digestate, industrial sand based waste shredded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe, non-friable asbestos, wastewater sloughing; and 5. Use of the following materials for Alternative Daily Cover: fly ash, auto shredder waste, pistachio shells/hulls, construction and demolition waste, compost, green material, contaminated sediment, biosolids, dirt/clay/silt; 6. Addition of composting facility activity with feedstock materials including: Class A and B biosolids, green waste, agricultural waste, anaerobic digestate, fats oils grease (FOG), food, paper, cardboard, poultry manure and processing material, and livestock manure.
