Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0778-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jack Allen, Permittee. The project is limited to the removal of weeds and brush from the parcel in order to reduce fire hazard. Approximately 0.91 acres will be thinned of vegetation and vegetation will be removed from the property. The Permittee may use livestock, limited to goats, as a means to reduce vegetation.
