Document Description
The proposed project would renovate Gavin Park to provide improved recreational amenities to the local community. Proposed Improvements would be developed within the existing boundary of Gavin Park, and would include the construction of a youth baseball infield with bleachers and players benches for day-time use, a half- court basketball court with additional seating. a water fountain, and grassy areas for passive recreation. The center of the park would include playground equipment constructed for the 5- year to 12- year age group and the 2-year to 5-year age group. a new restroom. picnic shelters with benches, barbecues, and water fountains. Public art installations and a park entry sign would be constructed near the park entrance and ADA paths would connect the Improvements within the park.
