Document Description
The proposed project includes the installation of a high-density shelving system and the building of a full-height wall that will separate an area from the existing library shelving area, creating a new suite of 2,308 sf (includes a door for egress). The modification of power, lighting, lighting controls, exit lights, HVAC, fire sprinklers, and all other amenities will take place to suit the new suite as a fully functioning office space. The new suite will also replace current carpet and base as well as paint all walls, soffits, and miscellaneous gyp. bd. surfaces.
