Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0395-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Daniel McLaughlin. The project is limited to replacement and maintenance of existing culverts at three locations on a private driveway to remove accumulated sediment and vegetative debris within the channel inlets of said culverts and to prevent road failure from aging infrastructure and unnecessary sedimentation from downslope channel incision. The driveway is used to access the commercial cannabis premises.

The project is preexisting and continued operation and maintenance of the
existing infrastructure on the road prism will not pose a risk to the environment or public safety. No new grading or vegetation clearing outside of the footprint of the existing crossings inlets and outlets will be conducted.
