Document Description
Failed pavement digouts of up to four inches at various locations and an overlay of 0.15 inches of hot mix asphalt (HMA) over the entire paved roadway; including paved shoulders. Digouts will be filled with HMA prior to the HMA overlay. Dirt shoulder backing will also be installed.
