Document Description
The proposed project involves redeveloping an existing bulk cementitious material receiving and distribution terminal at the Port to accommodate additional capacity and improve operational efficiency. The proposed project consists of: 1) Berth 2 rehabilitation; 2) ship unloader replacement; 3) rail trestle replacement; 4) barge loading component installation; and 5) upland facility improvements, including dome construction, truck loading station modifications, a new higher-capacity rail car loading station, demolition of structures and equipment, and existing bunker dust collector replacements.
